Aaron Nahapetian - Founder / President
Aaron Nahapetian is the Founder and Lead Pipe Welder of AK Welding Solutions LLC, bringing over 25 years of hands-on welding and mechanical construction experience to every project. He began welding in 1998 and became a certified welder in 2005, building a strong foundation in structural and pipe welding across a wide range of industries.
Aaron is a certified welder, rigger and underwater welder, with specialized experience as a pipe fitter welder since 2010. He is known for his expertise in large-diameter underground piping, complex mechanical installations and precision welds in demanding environments.
Since 2019, Aaron has led the day-to-day operations for AK Welding Solutions in both the field and fabrication shop, overseeing project execution, quality control, scheduling and safety. His leadership style is hands-on and detail-driven, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of workmanship, code compliance, and reliability.
Aaron’s passion for welding, commitment to safety and dedication to craftsmanship are the driving force behind AK Welding Solutions’ reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical systems that perform.
Yelli Nahapetian - CFO / COO
Yelli Nahapetian brings over 15 years of sales experience across multiple industries, working closely with designers, project managers, and diverse teams to deliver results-driven solutions. As the CFO of AK Welding Solutions, she oversees financial operations while also leading the company’s HR and payroll departments, ensuring both the business and its people are supported with care and precision.
Fluent in multiple languages, Yelli helps bridge communication gaps and fosters strong partnerships with companies both locally and internationally. As a dedicated mother who deeply values family, she carries those same values into the workplace treating customers not just as clients, but as an extension of the AK Welding Solutions family.
