In 2025, AK Welding Solutions was contacted by Chiquita Canyon Landfill to resolve a major operational issue affecting multiple onsite tanks. Collaborating closely with the landfill’s lead operations team, we developed and executed a comprehensive solution.

Our team fabricated 175 custom flange nozzles offsite in our Moorpark fabrication facility, then delivered and installed them on location under coordinated hot work and ventilation protocols. Each tank required precise cutting, fitting, and welding to ensure safe and durable integration.

Through efficient planning and execution, AK Welding Solutions successfully completed the project seven days ahead of schedule, exceeding client expectations.
