In 2023, AK Welding Solutions was subcontracted by Newton Construction to install a new 18-inch condenser water line servicing a newly constructed cooling tower at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Our team executed multiple critical lifts, along with precision welding and fitting operations, ensuring seamless integration with the existing mechanical systems. Despite a demanding 30-day timeline, the project was completed ahead of schedule and without incident.

The quality and efficiency of our work earned AK Welding Solutions additional opportunities on campus, including the Boiler Penthouse Project, working directly with UCSB.
